Home Warranty Company put us in contact with The Pool Boys on December 31. Pool Boys called me the next day (New Years!) to schedule the appointment. The tech diagnosed our pool problem, was able to order the part, on his phone and back out a few days later for installation.
They are fantastic, on time, called in advance and very knowledgeable, made all the repairs necessary. Also, hired The Pool Boys for weekly cleaning, the pool has never looked so clean and clear.
Extremely quick. Found the problem, not able to fix on the spot. Were out the next day with the parts and it was done! These guys are worth the call.

We had been having trouble with a pool/spa heater (Pentair). The trouble was intermittent. Another pool company had changed the sensors, circuit board, even checked the gas pressure. Our home warranty company decided after a year of the prior company efforts it was time to send someone else to diagnose the problem. Enter The Pool Boys. After being here less than 10 minutes and listening to the issues we had been experiencing for over a year, they informed me it sounded like the touch pad. They replaced the pad after receiving authorization and the problem was gone. The service and customer interface was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is tired of repeated attempts from their current repair company. I base satisfaction on results, not promises. Job well done! Thanks!
