We had an issue with our heater so I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. Leah was prompt in her response to my request and Justin arrived on time. It was determined that the control board was bad and needed to be replaced. Justin had one on the truck so was able to make the repair. He did a thorough inspection of our pool and system and gave me tips on how to remedy some of the minor issues. He was professional and easy going. We will be calling The Pool Boys the next time we have any issues.
