I called to have my Haywood valve serviced. The company gave me a date and time for service and they were very accurate. Justin was the serviceman who came out, and he explained in detail what needed to be done, checked all my other equipment to make sure it was in good working order and found one basket broken. He recommended replacing the valve since just trying to clean and lube it would cost almost as much as a new one with a 3 year warranty. He scheduled a date and time to do the work, showed up and the appointed time and was able to provide me with a lot of valuable information to keep my equipment up and running and my pool clean. Very professional and a great work ethic. Polite and did a very good job installing the new valve. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them as my pool company from now on.
