We have had problems with our 8 year old pool / spa and have had terrible service from several other providers. We thought that the entire industry was problematic, and had given up hope. Our last company decided not to service League City further, so I searched around for a certified Pentair service company. Pool Boys came out promptly, assessed all the issues and in short order had everything working perfectly again. Including making our salt water pool actually be a salt water pool again. The last company just decided to float chlorine, against our wishes. They found that the DE filter had been neglected and found several leaks and malfunctioning equipment. Now it is like the pool is a new pool. We hired them to do our weekly service, too, and finally someone is actually using the chemical testing to test the pool.
