Had an appointment scheduled earliest available 5days in future. Justin came by said he was finished and in the area and fixed the main pump. This was 3 hours after making the appointment!!!

Justin came by to replace an old multiport valve on my system. He was very knowledgeable and skillful, and graciously answered all of my questions as he worked. The price was fair and I was left with my equipment pad looking better than before he arrived. I will definitely use The Pool Boys for my future pool service needs!

We have had problems with our 8 year old pool / spa and have had terrible service from several other providers. We thought that the entire industry was problematic, and had given up hope. Our last company decided not to service League City further, so I searched around for a certified Pentair service company. Pool Boys came out promptly, assessed all the issues and in short order had everything working perfectly again. Including making our salt water pool actually be a salt water pool again. The last company just decided to float chlorine, against our wishes. They found that the DE filter had been neglected and found several leaks and malfunctioning equipment. Now it is like the pool is a new pool. We hired them to do our weekly service, too, and finally someone is actually using the chemical testing to test the pool.

My 10 year old single speed pump started to show signs of a leaking seal/bad bearings. Thought it would be better to just replace the pump given the age vs repair and found out that variable speed pumps were now mandatory for new install. I wanted to switch anyway (but thought this new "law"/edict is an infringement - sorry, I digressed into politics). Anyway, contacted Pool Boys and they provided a reasonable quote (Given the price, I did shop around and they were in the ball park). I decided to go with Pool Boys as they have given very good service/troubleshooting over the years with my pool equipment. They came out and installed the pump quickly and walked me through how to program the pump to customize to my liking. Great job again Pool Boys.

Had them convert my Pool to salt water and add a wifi based timer and pool monitor. They were professional, communicative, and a great value for the money.

We had an issue with our heater so I scheduled an appointment to have it checked out. Leah was prompt in her response to my request and Justin arrived on time. It was determined that the control board was bad and needed to be replaced. Justin had one on the truck so was able to make the repair. He did a thorough inspection of our pool and system and gave me tips on how to remedy some of the minor issues. He was professional and easy going. We will be calling The Pool Boys the next time we have any issues.

Justin has repaired or replaced equipment on several occasions. He’s very thorough, professional, and friendly. The Pool Boys are my “go-to” when I’m having issues with my pool.

They were prompt professional and patient in dealing with the many issues my pool was having. Have great advice on the next steps on things that would be for someone else and promptly took care of the items that were their expertise. Appreciate and trust them. This was my first time to use Pool Boys and it will NOT be my last time. They replaced my filtration equipment and did an outstanding job. They did exactly what they promised to do, exactly when they said they would. I was particularly impressed with their use of technology to make for such a user friendly experience.

I have used the Pool Boys several times over the last 3-4 years, mostly for filter cleanings. Justin is always very thorough and honest about what is needed. He just replaced my pump and filter. The pool looks great and everything is running as it should. Keep up the good work!

I have worked on and off with the Pool Boys since they came to our area. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. They tell me what is needed and not needed. They do not try and sell me extra. I highly recommend them.
