Pump Replacement

We needed to have the pump and motor replaced on our pool. Leslie’s quoted around 2 weeks before they could even look at it. I made one call to The Pool Boys and they were out here the next day with a replacement. It was better and more efficient than what we had. This was all done at a fair price and a short amount of time. I will use them for all of my repair needs in the future!

Storm Damage

So glad to find a company that not only discovers problems but fixes them even if it takes more than one visit. I love that the bill can be paid on-line. I recommend this company to anyone that needs help getting their pool back in order. Thanks to The Pool Boys I am now back in the pool enjoying the relaxation as I tackle the rest of the storm damage.

Pool Heater

Made a call and they were at the house in no time. I was told by another company that I needed a new heater. After 30 minutes and a few parts replaced the heater was back up and running. Great job. Call these guys before replacing major pool / spa items. Thanks again.

Pool Repair

Justin, the service technician was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job ( including post repair testing and cleanup which was much appreciated)... I will use The Pool Boys again for any service needs I have. I would highly recommend them (note: I was a professional Maintenance Manager for over 20 years).

Haywood Veri-flo Valve Replacement

I called to have my Haywood valve serviced. The company gave me a date and time for service and they were very accurate. Justin was the serviceman who came out, and he explained in detail what needed to be done, checked all my other equipment to make sure it was in good working order and found one basket broken. He recommended replacing the valve since just trying to clean and lube it would cost almost as much as a new one with a 3 year warranty. He scheduled a date and time to do the work, showed up and the appointed time and was able to provide me with a lot of valuable information to keep my equipment up and running and my pool clean. Very professional and a great work ethic. Polite and did a very good job installing the new valve. Definitely recommend this company and will be using them as my pool company from now on.

New Salt Water System

Well that couldn’t have been easier! Got a quote to convert my pool to a salt water system. Approved it. They called and said it was actually cheaper and scheduled the install. Guy shows up and presto I got a salt water system. Which I love. Just an overall effortless easy transaction.

I had a very good experience with The Pool Boys. I had a total change out of my filter, pump, and heater, Justin did a great job plus he was genuinely sincere and knowledgeable. I will recommend The Pool Boys any day to my friends and family, a pool company that you can trust!

We had never used The Pool Boys before but had heard good things. I was very happy they were able to respond to me quickly and had a service tech out within a reasonable time. They communicated well when the tech would arrive and worked to solve our problem. I would recommend highly and use again.
