New Pool Pump

My pool motor "crapped out" and I called for service. Response was prompt and professional. My initial intent was to replace the existing pump motor with a exact replacement as it was the cheapest alternative. But I was advised by the tech to consider a variable speed drive and then he provided me with energy savings estimates. I decided to go with the variable drive( very expensive) and the work was done properly and quickly. The end result is that i'm saving $70+/month on energy bills and I'm pleased! - Glenn

Pump Motor Down

Pump motor went down over the weekend and was afraid the pool would turn green in the heat if it wasn’t fixed fast. They came out earlier than anticipated and was able to assess the issue and with the parts on the truck, I was up and running within the hour. They also evaluated the rest of the system to ensure it was working properly. Great service and worth a call if you need assistance.

The Pool Boys are Honest

Due to some issues with a different pool co., my pool looked like a swamp. My son referred me to The Pool Boys. They said it was a Class 3 Turnaround. Difficult to get back to blue. I called on a Friday and they started the following Mon. Whatever they did, it turned into a Class 1, half the price, and they were honest enough to tell me that and refund the check I originally wrote, for the new quoted price. They were done in 3 days, and came back out on Fri., to double check the chemicals. Michael and Justin did a great job, and the fact that Leslie was honest that the job wasn't as bad as what we all thought. I will use The Pool Boys in the future for any needs I may have with my pool.

Totally amazed at how fast they were - pool pump went out yesterday - it is 9am and it’s already up and running! I checked prices of my pump on line and that is exactly what I paid! Installation was also fair! Love them - will not go back to that overpriced/wait two weeks corporate store ever again!!

Good Follow Through

Justin did a good job upgrading my control panel and a few other minor fixes. I had a few issues associated with the manufacturer of the control panel. Justin followed up with me and the manufacturer until the issue was totally resolved.

Heater Control Board

Pool Heater Replaced

We had an 14 year old heater replaced last week by the The Pool Boys! They came out one day to diagnose the failure and suggested a new replacement. The very next day they replaced the heater, they were very efficient!

The Pool Boys fixed a problem with my pool that I had paid someone else to "fix". Even fixed a few other problems they found along the way. Great service and very helpful guys!

I’m a new pool owner of an old pool and need a lot of hand-holding. So far Justin and Drew have worked quick to get my pool back to its glory days! Justin even walked me through instructions over the phone when I needed to adjust the equipment solo. I’m looking forward to worry-free swim days soon!
