We had been having trouble with a pool/spa heater (Pentair). The trouble was intermittent. Another pool company had changed the sensors, circuit board, even checked the gas pressure. Our home warranty company decided after a year of the prior company efforts it was time to send someone else to diagnose the problem. Enter The Pool Boys. After being here less than 10 minutes and listening to the issues we had been experiencing for over a year, they informed me it sounded like the touch pad. They replaced the pad after receiving authorization and the problem was gone. The service and customer interface was great.
